The Affinity Project

A modern rite of passage for 18-25 year olds

What the world needs from the next generation is connection, resourcefulness, purpose, confidence, adaptability, empathy, critical thinking, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, intuition, curiosity, initiative, conflict resolution, innovation, and leadership.

The Affinity Project 1 to 1's

As well as our group programme, we also offer the opportunity for 1-1 coaching and mentoring.

If you have a particular issue, behaviour pattern or obstacle that you help moving past or you need someone to hold you to account and offer guidance around any aspect of life, having a regular chance to check in, speak honestly and openly about yourself with no judgement, a series of 1-1 sessions can be just thing to move the needle, calm the brain and nervous system and allow for the path ahead to clear.

We can help young people to

  • Navigate exam stress and burnout
  • Channel inner strength and develop resilience
  • Change overly critical thinking
  • Disrupt negative behaviour patterns
  • Help to create and maintain a healthy routine
  • Set aligned goals
  • Guide themselves through difficult relationships

When considering how we can best help you or your young person, we are often asked what the difference between coaching and mentoring is. The following is meant as a guideline, but we also appreciate that sometimes the boundary can shift.

Ted’s coaching method is based on the Therapeutic Coaching model of Alex Howard and Anna Dusckinsky.
